Best decision to buy the tray. The chair is almost useless when your baby is small. My baby loves her chair and can play with her toys on the tray while sitting in it.

We have two of these carseats and are very happy with them. Our daughter likes facing the front and we are glad it has the same safety standards as back facing seats. It's very convenient that this is a carseat that can be used for many years.
