The contoured shape gives the close, held feeling of the womb, which helps settle the startle reflex and calm a restless baby. Merino regulates temperature, keeping your baby warm in winter and cool in summer.

Details

• Base: merino wool inner in a soft cotton sleeve, medium firmness, approx. 82 x 50 cm
• Border: merino wool inner in a cotton casing, 1.9 m long, detachable
• Covers and carry bag: 100% cotton knit
• Naturally resistant to dust mites, mould, mildew and bacteria
• Wool is naturally flame-resistant, so there is no chemical flame retardant against your baby's skin
• Designed with input from paediatric physiotherapists and occupational therapists
• Later on, the base becomes a toddler pillow with a standard size pillowcase

Safety

• From 0 to 4 months, the tied newborn cover forms a soft hammock shape that supports back sleep and gently deters rolling
• From 4 months, once your baby can roll with control, switch to the 4m+ cover
• The base is medium-firm rather than soft and sinking, with no loose synthetic fillings
• Made for supervised rest and closeness. It does not replace safe-sleep basics, so always supervise your baby
• If you prefer your baby not to sleep in the nest shape overnight, remove the border and use the nest cover as a slipcover over the flat merino base

Care

• Wool parts are machine washable on a gentle wool cycle with wool detergent, cold water and the lowest spin
• Do not tumble dry
• Air regularly and rotate the cushion weekly for even wear
